Kobe: Cat Cafe Nyanny

Hi Annika!
I would love to thank her and Luci (who's allergic to cats) for going at Cat Cafe Nyanny with me. I am so happy!!! I really love both of their English accents and humour! More about that on my next post!

I met a cat named  SUMIRE!!! I can die now! If you read Haruki Murakami's books, you're instantly cool in my book! But just in case you are curious why would I die for a cat named Sumire. For starters, Sumire means Violet in English. Sputnik Sweetheart's lead was also named Sumire. I find her characteristics similar to me except that she's in love with a woman... She barely open her mouth whenever she's with people except with people she likes. She admired Jack Kerouac so much.
She wanted to be a writer or nothing. EVERYTHING OR NOTHING. That's my life in one line.

Is it cat-shaped?

A giant fur ball!!! Le chat blanc est trop adorable!!

Today we visited Nyanny, a cat cafe in Motomachi, Kobe. It's really near JR station and it's located right at the back of a building of Lawson (a convenience store.) I felt really relaxed after going there and time flew fast! I really wish I have someone to go here with. My sisters don't like cats... or any kind of animals as pets! How about you???

Here's their address written in Kanji, just in case you get lost and needed help:
兵庫県神戸市中央区元町通2-6-11徳永ビル3F

Nyanny is open from 11:00am - 10:00pm. Basic fee (staying there for 1 hour) is ¥1000. With drink ¥1200. With alcoholic drink ¥1500. Additional 30 minutes is ¥500.
Contact Number: 078-391-5420

I love the idea of a cat cafe! I lived in Osaka a few years ago and don't remember hearing about them otherwise it would have been top of my list of places to visit!

How cute! I have checked out a few cat cafes in Seoul, but never got a chance to actually hang out there. Some of my friends who I go with have allergies with cats TT_TT
